The GLOW Retreat is an exclusive experience for hairstylists, nail techs, and estheticians who are craving rejuvenation, inspiration, and growth. Hosted on a luxury cruise, it blends education, connection, and relaxation in a way that actually fills your cup.
The retreat will take place aboard the Virgin Voyages Scarlet Lady, an adults-only cruise ship departing from Miami, FL.

The Glow Retreat is designed for hairstylists, nail techs, and estheticians who are ready to grow, connect, and recharge.
That said, this is a women-centered experience, and you’re welcome to bring:

While some classes are industry-specific, many sessions focus on finance, self-care, mindset, and personal growth—things that benefit any woman.
Yes, absolutely. Many sessions will benefit anyone, even outside the beauty industry.
No. Your cruise includes all meals, multiple restaurants, and essential beverages.
You’ll also receive a $300 bar tab per cabin ($150 per person).
Additional bar credit can be added if desired.
Some specialty items may have a small surcharge, but most food and drink is included.

Due to high demand, I’m not offering any discount for spouse , so all guests will need to purchase a full ticket.
